The common mistake is to try and communicate with people who already buy into what we do, staying in a silo where we market like crazy to people who have already said yes to us.
The challenge is to talk to the people who don’t know us or who are uncertain about letting us in. Getting the right message to them is the difference between success and failure: it changes the minds of people who may be least prepared to have it changed.

BRIGHTON FESTIVAL AND BRIGHTON FRINGE
A key project for us this year is selective coverage of Brighton Fringe and Brighton Festival when they return after the current hiatus. We will be focusing on growing productions in the creative space. The task is to help the curious and uncommitted festival goers over the threshold, to take a chance on something that they wouldn't otherwise do.
We are currently taking applications from musicians and performers who wish to be considered for involvement in this project before and during the festival runs.
